Vegas Roll - Lobster-crab salad and habanero cream cheese rolled futo style then tempura fried and topped with spicy tuna,wasabi soy sauce, Fins Eel sauce and spicy aioli.

Stuffed Mushrooms - Hand stuffed with lobster salad, deep fried and topped with roasted poblano cream sauce, pico de gallo and Parmesan Cheese.

Lobster Tots - Hand made in house with cold water lobster, smoked gouda cheese and green onions, served with chipotle aioli and ranch dressiing.

Seared Scallop & Ahi - Jumbo sea scallops and Yellowfin Tuna rubbed with ancho chili, coffee, and cocoa, pan seared and served over a bed of greens, basil, grape tomatoes, flash fried cauliflower.

Smokin Ribeye - Cajun spiced, coffee, and ancho rubbed 52-day aged ribeye steak, grilled over an open flame with fresh grape tomato, lemon juice, basil and bleu cheese. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Cedar Plank Salmon - Hand cut Sterling Salmon smoked on a cedar plank and served with Yukon Gold Mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a charred lemon


Bourbon Bread Pudding - Warm homemade bread pudding with caramel sauce and French Vanilla Ice Cream.
