Timberline's menu offers organically raised natural beef and buffalo burgers, all natural chicken and USDA prime steaks, sandwiches and salads served in a log cabin atmosphere with 30 wines and 40 beer selections to choose from. Desserts include Kosher options and Haagan Daz ice cream.

Sweet dates stuffed with Haystack Mountain Goat
Cheese, wrapped in applewood smoked bacon
and drizzled with chipotle honey

Bull fries served with pub sauce or cocktail sauce

Main Dishes

Buffalo Fire Burger:
All natural Buffalo patty with queso blanco, roasted
green chiles and chipotle aioli

Citrus Salmon:
Grilled wild salmon topped with citrus butter and
served with seasonal vegetables and rice

Buffalo Sirloin:
These lean cuts are higher in protein and lower in fat
compared to beef. The suggested temperature is
medium rare and served with jasmine herbed rice and
seasonal vegetables

Layers of hazelnut cake and chocolate mousse.
Topped with chocolate sauce and hazelnuts
