Toro Latin Kitchen + Lounge is from internationally renowned Chef Richard Sandoval. The 6,700 square-foot restaurant opens off the hotel’s newly designed, sumptuous lobby lounge and features ceviche bar and private courtyard with firepit that will have a capacity for 270 patrons. There are 72 seats in the restaurant and 36 in the lounge, including the lobby. A private dining room that seats 50 and a chef’s counter that seats 9. Bar seating seats a total of 22 people.
