Terms and Conditions:

  • Group Size Requirements: Applicable to groups requiring 10-300 rooms on peak night.
  • Eligibility: This offer is valid for new bookings only and must be contracted by March 31, 2025. And is applicable to groups with stay dates from; November 1st - December 31st  2024, 2025, 2026 or 2027 and  January 1st - March 31st, 2025, 2026 or 2027.
  • Lead Source Requirement: Leads must be registered with VISIT DENVER prior to contract signing, and the booking must be confirmed through VISIT DENVER’s sales team. Any bookings not sourced through VISIT DENVER are not eligible for this incentive.
  • Room Block Requirements: Groups must book a minimum of 10 rooms on the peak night, up to a maximum of 300 rooms on the peak night, to qualify for this incentive.
  • Rebate Details: The 5% rebate on the total spend will be calculated based on the final master bill, excluding taxes, gratuities, and other service charges. The rebate will be applied as a credit to the master account after the conclusion of the event.
  • Food & Beverage Minimum: Meeting room rental fees will be waived provided the group meets the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum as agreed upon by hotel. 
  • Complimentary Rooms: Complimentary room nights (1 per 30 booked) and room upgrades are subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of contract signing.
  • AV Discount and Wi-Fi: The 15% AV equipment discount applies only to in-house AV equipment. Labor and additional services are not included. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in designated meeting spaces only.
  • Loyalty Points: Double loyalty points are available for eligible planners and third parties. Points will be awarded after the event’s conclusion and final payment settlement. Loyalty points are subject to the respective hotel brand program requirements
  • Blackout Dates: New Years Eve, *Major citywide conventions with 3000 rooms on peak
  • Program Modification: VISIT DENVER reserves the right to modify or discontinue this incentive program at any time without prior notice. All bookings made before any such modification or discontinuation will be honored per the original agreement.
  • Contract Terms: All bookings under this incentive program are subject to hotel availability, and standard contract terms and conditions will apply.
