This outdoor event brings the most beloved elements of an authentic German holiday experience to Denver's Civic Center Park. 2nd Annual Après Ski Holiday Market

Held in the Dairy Block Alley and inspired by a European ski village, the market will feature a wide variety of vendors, offering clothing, home goods and more, representing both local Colorado businesses and top national retailers. Come get your Christmas tree at Stanley MarketplaceNeighborhood Christmas Tree Co. sources trees direct from farms in a variety of sizes and types, including Noble, Fraser, Nordman and Grand firs. Take the Denver Art Museum shop, where you can buy beautiful posters and prints, in addition to art books and handmade jewelry. Grab a piece of the cutting-edge arts world at the MCA Denver's eclectic SHOP MCA, or browse the selection of books, prints, accessories and decor at the Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art's museum store and check out unique gifts, many of which are handmade and produced by locals all in the spirit of the Clyfford Still Museum's namesake. The Denver Zoo's two-story gift shop, Kibongi Market, offers hand-crafted ceramic and art items from Africa and a wide selection of toys and clothing. The Denver Museum of Nature & Science's gift shop has a great selection of books, science kits, DVDs, CDs and more. Denver Botanic Gardens' Shop at the Gardens has gone online and offers all-natural gifts, plants and gardening supplies and art perfect for gardeners and plant lovers. Denver’s vibrant neighborhoods provide a treasure trove of local shopping options. Check out boutiques, art galleries and specialty shops, offering everything from antiques to rare books, in Washington Park, the Highlands, River North Art District, the Art District on Santa Fe and East Colfax.

Hanukkah-Related Gifts 

The Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center (JCC Denver) and High Point Creamery have teamed up again to sell the exclusive Hanukkah ice cream flavor called “Bob’s Babka” named after Robert “Bob” E. Loup who is the namesake of the JCC Denver building and was a major donor to the organization. In 2019, the ice cream was named to the Forbes Holiday Gift Guide as one of the best new ice cream flavors. The ice cream is an olive oil ice cream base with homemade babka swirled in. Each pint costs $10. Proceeds from the sale of each pint will support the JCC Denver’s programs. Check back for the 2021 ordering schedule!

The center has also partnered with Olive & Finch on Hanukkah cookie kits. Each cookie kit includes one dozen sugar cookies, five festive frostings, Hanukkah-themed cookie decorations, and a reusable O&F tote. Each kit costs $45.
