The committee meets every other month, scheduled in the “off” months for VISIT DENVER Board meetings
- Provide guidance on and assist with implementation of Denver Tourism Roadmap initiatives as they pertain to the CTAC
- Review and provide input on convention and tourism marketing initiatives
- Provide input and updates regarding expansion of the Colorado Convention Center
- Provide guidance for ROI measurement for Bureau marketing programs
- Continue to monitor the results and initiatives of the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Security Action Plan as the downtown environment continues to be a focus for convention and leisure business
- Initial review of annual Longwoods Visitor Profile Research results and any Return on Investment studies
- Provide input for the annual Marketing Plan, including tourism and convention sales and marketing goals
- Provide input and assistance with the Tourism Improvement District (TID) in regards to budget, marketing, programming and ROI reports
- Review DEI efforts related to marketing & conventions
- Assist with recovery planning efforts for domestic leisure, international leisure and the meetings market
