VISIT DENVER is proud to be the world’s first destination to be certified at the Platinum level under the Event Industry Council’s Sustainable Event Standards. We collaborate with our venues, hotels and other partners to ensure we are offering sustainable options for a prosperous community where people and nature thrive. This includes a LEED Gold certified convention center located within walking distance of more than 11,000 hotel rooms, an airport rail direct from the world class Denver International Airport to Downtown, and resources for organizers to choose sustainable hotels and vendors.
